This half tackle bag has been specifically designed to help players tackle lower with proper body position, head movement and balance resulting in reduced risk of injury. The 10kg bag also adds a bit of resistance to get the body used to taking collisions, all of which is crucial in the development of players.

A strap across the top of the bag allows the introduction of a ball to work on tackling technique and then jackalling, the idea is to make the collision before bouncing up onto feet whilst latching onto the ball aiming for legal and safe technique.
