With our indoor and outdoor anchors, you can train anywhere at any time. 5 different levels of resistance tubes are ideal for training the whole body by improving muscular strength and endurance whilst promoting muscle growth. All tubes come with a build-in Safety inner cord makes it a safe choice for resistance training. The TRS comes with the ability to increase or decrease the resistance when you train, by adding or removing an additional tube(s).
