Gymshark Rest Day Seamless High Waisted Leggings

Gymshark's Rest Day Seamless Leggings knit a full-length, high-waisted shape with a standard regular fit that follows the leg without gripping. The modal-rich blend sits at a medium weight of around 320gsm, giving a soft-touch hand feel with light stretch and minimal compression. Circular-knit construction leaves out the front seam, so the fabric runs smooth against the skin. **Product Highlights** • Seamless circular knit removes friction points for a smooth feel next to the skin • 75% modal blend for a soft, flexible hand that feels broken-in from the first wear • Ribbed mid-to-high-rise waistband holds gently in place without digging in • Sweat-wicking, quick-drying fabric helps manage moisture during light movement • Unlined construction avoids extra layers, while no pockets keeps the profile smooth **Best For** • Yoga and Pilates sessions where floor-based movement calls for a seam-free front • Rest-day walks and easy Zone 2 cardio between harder training sessions • Long-haul travel days spent sitting, when low compression matters most • Coffee runs and errands, worn under an oversized T-Shirt
