Everlast Medicine Ball

Everlast's Wall Ball carries its weight in a filled core that keeps the load steady in both hands. It's simple kit, with no hardware and nothing to adjust. Round and even from every angle, it holds its shape through repeated impact. **Product Highlights** • Soft outer shell absorbs impact, so the ball settles into your hands rather than rebounding hard off them • Weighted fill works quads, glutes, hamstrings, back and shoulders in one movement • Throwing surface made for wall work rather than floor slams, which keeps the shell and seams from splitting **Best For** • Full-body strength and conditioning sets on the gym floor • High-intensity intervals where the throw pace pushes your heart rate up like a run • Home setups with a clear stretch of wall and not much floor space • Athletes chasing explosive power and sharper hand-eye co-ordination
